Its a panorama. 38 images are stitched in image . Its very hard taking panorama during night. There is idea about clicking it, Just place your camera on tripod and set infinite focus and take the first and check the frame. Then when you see the frame see the last corner of the frame to which side you want to create a panorama the just take estimation and move your camera in the way that the thirty percent of the frame is overlapping .
